All a teardrop trailer needs is a flat spot. Set up time is minimal; leveling a teardrop takes less than five minutes. Breaking camp is equally fast, simply stow the jacks and hook up to the tow vehicle. Teardrop trailers have a very light tongue weight, making them easy to move by hand. A teardrop is similar in length and width to a sedan, and fits easily in a standard parking space. It can be easily disconnected from the tow vehicle and maneuvered into a spot of its own if needed.
